Cathy Cassidy
Today we had a visit from Cathy Cassidy who is one of the countries most famous children’s authors. She talked about her journey to to success from day dreaming in class and trying to get “Jackie” to publish her short stories to writing her very popular and successful series of books. Hopefully there were a few future writers in today’s audience.

I liked how she described her new books. I thought the book about boys was pretty good and I liked the story about the naughty girl at her school.

I love Cathy’s books and I really enjoyed Cathy coming in to speak to us, it was very intresting and I hope she comes in again.
