Lewis won this award for good sportsmanship playing hockey at his sports club.

Castles and body armour

Castles made from Lego and body armour for another tough day at school.

P4 hard at work in the HE department.

One of this year’s favourite lessons for P4 was this one with Mrs Stalker who helped the P4s to make chocolate treats which they were kind enough to share with everyone when they returned to class.

P5 made this presentation on World Earth Day,  WWF and recycling for the school.

Fish kites

P4/5 made these fantastic fish kites in art with Mrs Mackinnon.

Our victorious girls football team

                                                                                                                                                               Hazel, Elizabeth, Jessica, Kirsten, Kirsty and Amelia represented Dalry in the girls football tournament at Castle Douglas. The girls are pictured calm and relaxed before their matches and getting set to put their trophy in with our other awards in the trophy cabinet. Congratulations to our fabulous team, go girls!!!

Scary Stories

Tony Bonning came to school today to share some scary stories with us. As you can see we had great fun joining in with him. We have discovered that we can make a LOT of noise when we scream!
